Turkish Cuisine Demonstration

SPEAKER Chef Zeynep Baric The Program Committee invites you to begin the holidays with a delicious tour of Turkish cuisine. Chef Zeynep Baric will provide us with a cooking demonstration of delectable dishes from her native Turkey to toast the season. These tantalizing treats will be the perfect way to "spice up" your holidays. A graduate of the San Diego Mesa College Culinary Arts Program, Zeynep honed her craft at various restaurants in Istanbul, including the Istanbul Divan Hotel. Her cooking style reflects her interest in cross-cultural influences, such as those she experienced growing up in Izmir. She moved to Toronto with her family in 2018; among the many things they love about Toronto, they particularly enjoy exploring the city's many cultures and cuisines. There will be time for questions. |
