SPEAKER
John Ota
The Program Committee enthusiastically invites you to another fabulous, virtual Program Meeting. Architect and culinary historian John Ota will lead us through some of America's most interesting kitchens.

John Ota is all about food, architecture and history.  John is the author of The Kitchen, the best-selling book about his search through history for the perfect kitchen.  He has degrees from Innis College at the University of Toronto, the Schools of Architecture at the University of British Columbia and Columbia University.  John has worked in architecture offices in Toronto, New York and Vancouver and has written for all the major publications in Canada.  He has chaired the awards committee of the Ontario Association of Architects and served on the Toronto Historical Board. He is a proud member of the Culinary Historians of Canada and a friend of culinary history organizations throughout North America.

John has generously requested that we donate his honorarium to the Daily Bread Food Bank.
